Working at Heights

Working at Heights

Pro-Tech Transportation & Industrial Safety Training Services is pleased to announce that we are now MOL approved Training Providers to deliver Working at Heights Program.

Workers working at heights on construction projects may require to  complete the  new “Working at Heights” training program as required by the Ministry of Labour.

This training focuses on helping workers stay safe when working at heights. According to the Ontario Ministry of Labour, falls from heights are the number one cause of critical injuries and deaths of workers in construction projects.

This training meets the learning objectives and requirements of the Ministry of Labour Working at Heights Program Standard. The purpose of the standard is to set the mandatory minimum for high quality, consistent training for workers who work at heights. This training provides information on:

· The hazards, or things that can hurt you when working at heights
· Legislation, codes, standards and guidelines
· How to stay safe on the job by taking steps to prevent falls.
Course length – full day (8 hrs)

Please call or email if you would like Pro-Tech to conduct this Working at Heights course at your location or ours.
